Our established health habits (self-care behaviors) are imprinted into the subconscious mind and act like an automatic tape recording which effortlessly reminds you each day what actions need to be performed in order to get your physical and emotional needs met. New self-care behaviors must be imprinted into the subconscious mind before they can become permanent self-care behaviors. This process takes time and persistence.
Positive Patterns for Life utilizes multiple research based behavioral change techniques to help individuals successfully imprint new health habits into the subconscious mind. It is our goal to help support each individual, as they move forward in their journey toward adopting healthier habits and achieving optimum health. Our company provides several habit change tools, for free download (below), to help successfully launch you onto your personal habit change journey.

Positive Patterns for Life offers a variety of group classes. Common topics requested for classes include:
Typically group classes are 1-hour long and are provided via a virtual format. The cost per hour for these classes is $95. Handouts included with group classes are emailed to the group organizer.
Wellness Workshops are a great way to support the health of any group you are involved with - work, church, or community organization. Positive Patterns for Life provides a variety of Wellness Workshops that are all engaging, uplifting, and energizing. Here is a list of common Wellness Workshop topics:
All Wellness Workshops include self-discovery exercises designed to help individuals gain personal insight. Also included in workshops are tools that support habit change, for participants wanting to adopt new habits. Typically these workshops are virtual. Positive Patterns for Life staff can travel to location, however all travel, lodging, and meals are paid for by the sponsoring organization. Typical workshop length is 2 hours and the cost is $230 per 2-hour workshop.
